I enrolled again for HP instant ink last month (I used the service before and it was okay.) When it finally detected my printer having low ink, my HP instant ink account notified me that a new cartridge is being shipped. I was given a tracking number. Now my black ink has totally depleted and its been a month already but still I dont have my ink yet. Tracking number says its on it way. Whats going on HP? I desperately need the ink!! 😞
