I'm having issues with my color cartridge. I keep receiving an error that states it is not installed correctly. I cleaned both printer cartridges, cleaned the contacts inside the printer, replaced, I got the same message. I unplugged all cords, waited 10 minutes, pressed the start button for 30 seconds, hooked everything back, powered on, and same message. The black cartridge is fine, but I need a replacement for the color cartridge.
