Tring to get the code to register for the instant ink cartridges.dircted to app for ipad, unfortunatly app only supports iso 12 and my ipad is iso 10.tried talking with online support and mother ship cant fix the problem.all i need is a code from my printer plus printer email so i can get my printer to print congratulations and my registry for my ink sorted.anyone help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet. You may access the EWS page of the printer and turn on web services. Web services should be turned on for Instant Ink services to be activated. Refer to this document, to know how to turn on web services.

 

Refer to this document to know how to print a claim code.

 

Detailed information on how to sign up for HP Instant Ink can be found here

 

Note: HP Smart can be installed on Apple iOS 11 or later, or iPadOS.
