Asking again about my 5 month trial

Asking again as the first response misunderstood the issue.  I have just bought my printer which has a 5 month instant ink trial.  I have tried every possible combination of starting the trial but to no avail.  The 'help' pages and virtual assistant did not resolve this issue -  Question - why does my trial not start?  I have entered the claim number but my web service says HP Instant Ink disabled.  Can I speak with a human on a phone?
