Hallo,

 

ich versuche über den Reiter Business Support im Support Center Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter aufzunehmen, jedoch werde ich aufgefordert, mein Profil auszufüllen.

 

Dieses lässt sich jedoch nicht ausfüllen, da bestimmte Dropdown Menüs wie "Select Language" sich nicht richtig ausfüllen lassen. Beim Klicken des Dropdown Menüs kann ich lediglich den Punkt "Select Language" auswählen und keine Sprache.

 

Dabei spielt es keine Rollte ob ich mich über Firefox, Chrome oder von einem Mobilgerät aus auf die Website schalte und das Dropdown Menü aufrufe.

 

Ich weiß, dies ist das falsche Forum, aber ich finde keine Möglichkeit, mein Problem zu lösen oder weiß keine andere Anlaufastelle.

 

Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Hi BiancaS,

 

alright, I didn't know this is the English Forum only.

 

When trying to complete my profile i am supposed to select a language. But when I click on the drop down menu "Select Language" I am not able to select a language. it does not matter wether i use Firefox, Chrome oder my mobile device.

 

This is important for me in order to contact HP support, because without full profile information I am not able to do so.

 

I know this is not the right place to do so, but I can't find a better place to ask for help.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
