I have purchased the Deskjet 4130e recently. It is said on the box 9 months of HP+/Instant Ink trial are included. But only 2 months are given after registration. What should i do to restore the 9 months trial? Thanks!

I see that you are facing issues with activating your 6 months free Instant ink.

 

When you purchase a new printer, you may be offered a free trial during printer setup. The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment. You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.

 

To confirm that you received your free months, check the message on the Confirmation page just before you enroll, or sign into your account page at Instantink.com and find the free months under My Account > My Plan.

Thanks for the reply!

I bought the printer in uk. It is said 9 months of trial included on the box.

i opened the account on 31/12/2022, only 2 months trial were given after registration.

7 months are gone. And there are no other options i can find to redeem the remaining 7 months in the My account page.

Can you help with this? Thanks.
