BRAND NEW BLACK INK NOT PRINTING

I PURCHASED A NEW ENVY 6455, FOLLOWED ALL OF THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PERFECTLY. THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE WILL NOT PRINT. I HAVE DONE ALL OF THE RECOMMENDED TROUBLESHOOTING (CLEANING CARTRIDGE, PRINTHEAD, ETC.) AND STILL NOTHING IS WORKING. I'M A LITTLE PISSED BECAUSE THIS IS BRAND NEW AND IT'S NOTWORKING. YES, I HAVE AN INSTANK INK ACCOUNT - NOT THE POINT, STUFF SHOULD WORK WHEN YOU BUY IT NEW.

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Apologies for the inconvenience. Are you able to print in color?

Is this the ink cartridge that came with the printer or was it sent by HP Instant Ink?

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
