I have recently enrolled in HP Instant Ink and received my first set of cartridges. I have an HP Envy photo 7858 printer. I put in the black ink cartridge and then got an error message saying that my cartridge is not communicating with my printer. I used the virtual assistant and went through several attempts to correct the issue by unplugging and letting the program reset and then reinserting the cartridges, This has not corrected the problem. My printer is connected to the internet because I see the blue internet light on. I did not have any issues like this prior to your new cartridges. Can you send me a new set of cartidges?
