Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I seem to have received a bad black ink cartridge for my first instant ink shipment. My ink is not giving an error message and shows as full but is not printing anything.

I have followed all troubleshooting steps with the virtual assistant and it directed me to chat with an agent but did not connect me. Tried to look for a support email and didn't see one. 

Any direction on how to proceed with fixing the cartridge?
