HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All‑in‑One Printer

Hi HP Instant Ink Support. 

since some time, we struggle with the printing quality of our HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All‑in‑One Printer since a while. 

The printing of black an white is ok, but color is not good. 

 

Now, taking some time to fix, exploring the HP support for some hours, I tried the manual for improving quality. 

It seems, that our blue cartdrige is out of order. I will add the quality report here. 

 

We need a new blue cartrigde now. Since we did the same a couple of weeks ago, we inserted the new blue cartridge, so we have no cartridge in spare.

Please send us a new blue cartridge and maybe some more internal tricks, to improve the quality  

 

I really hope, this will solve the problem! The printer is only a couple of years old!  

 

Some more hints: 

To contact HP as a real mess. There is no mail adress where I can put some message, no form where I can leave a request.

Beeing on business travel, it was not possible for me to answer.

The printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All‑in‑One Printer,  

 

serial is: TH6AE4419C
