I am being charged twice from HP printing service and I do not know why! It is impossible to be able to talk to anyone in support about this issue. WhatsApp Image 2022-09-10 at 13.42.06.jpeg

I understand that you got charged twice. I'd like to help!

 

I would need a few more details. 

 

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program? If yes, I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
