HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I have been charged an extra £9 on my bill when the black ink cartridge was faulty.  I have spoken to Saso at HP Instant Ink and he stated that the would give my 600 free pages before the end of the month.  He explained how the system works and had been advised that he couldn’t give me my £9 as credit off my account.  This now means that I have been billed £9 for an issue created by a faulty black ink cartridge.  This cannot be right and I don’t believe I’m the first person to have this degrading situation forced upon them.  I do understand that Instant Ink system has failed me, but how can a customer trust there credibility if the won’t rectify an overcharge when it happens

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
