I got 6 months free when I bought my printer. Something happened and I had someone from HP helping me and because of it, they gave me an extra 3 months free on a 1,500 plan. 
I used a total of 717 pages for the entire 9 months. 
I got the welcome kit, on October 16 2022

I got color and black on October 16 2022

I got a message on October 17 saying I needed to update my billing or I couldn’t get my ink and I just saw I got another message on February 13 saying the same thing. 

I got black on February 13 2023

I just saw that I was receiving messages saying they couldn’t ship any ink because my payment didn’t go through. 

Now my account is suspended because apparently my free trial is over. So just to be clear. 

9 months free at 1,500 = 13,500 

If not used, should be rollover. 

Yet I am now suspended with no ink and I can’t even use rollover because I don’t have ink. 

I was told and ink cardtridge should last from 700-1000 pages. I got 2. 

9 months I used 717 pages. 
2 cartridges should be at most 2000 pages but they weren’t. Yet it says that Instant ink is a PAY BY PAGE SUBSCRIPTION! But I’m suspended because my 9 months are up and I refuse to update my payment method. 

 

DOES ANY OF THIS JUST SOUND A BIT OFF TO YOU GUYS?!?! I am SO MAD!! They want me to pay for services that I haven’t received!!!!! There has got to be something I can do to get help!! I was told that if I didn’t use the amount of pages that month then it wouldn’t be considered a month! There were some months that I printed 0 pages!!!!! So no pages or ink used! Yet I can’t even restart my account and start paying for it until I pay that fee! FOR NOTHING!!! This can’t be right!!!

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.  

 

To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
