Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

Instant ink billing and no cartridges sent for over 2 years.  My deceased husband started this account and I've paid for over 2 years with no cartridges sent.  My husband had dementia before he passed end of Sept 2020 and I never paid attention because it was under $6 a month and all the turmoil of Covid.  But it was not right that HP kept charging over 2 years with no cartridges sent.  And the HP stopped working over 2 years ago.  How do I send a complaint letter requesting a listing of all these charges and my money refunded?

If the printer was not working it would not have communicated the need for cartridges, so no cartridges would have been sent.  I will ask to have your case escalated.
