Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I downgraded my billing to 99 cents per month, but I just got charged $4.38 today.

This is what it says on my plan details page

Plan

$0.99 plan / 10 pages a month

*Each additional set of 10 pages for $1.00

Please advise
