HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

Billing question: I am being charged extra for my Instant Ink subscription this month. I finally was able to get to a real agent by chat (the virtual agent is really useless in my option) and now understand the charges. My concern is that I cannot verify any of that because my 4/12 billing statement is  unavailable.  When I log in to my account and check the Print and Purchase log for this invoice it says “Preparing” and cannot be opened. Why am I being charged anything without having my statement available concurrently so I can verify the accuracy of the charges?  The charges may be accurate but I should never be charged in advance of me being able to view my statement.

Hi @LB233,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to download the invoice.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Let me know.
