After this long without having paid, it is possible that at some point the account has been closed for non-payment.
One hint, I think, is whether you can still sign into your Instant Ink account.
HP Instant Ink Support can explain whether, if, how you are charged for the terms of the contract.
You want to contact Instant Ink Support - (only) HP can answer questions about your Instant Ink contract.
There are several ways to contact Instant Ink Support, one of which is directly from within your Instant Ink account.
Contact information is included later in this message (scroll down).
When you talk to Support, be sure to mention that you've not used the printer for an extended period - after this long, it is likely you need new ink. Why? Printers are meant to be used - ink might have dried.
If you cannot contact Support for any reason,
Wait here in the Community for an agent to respond to your query.
Waiting works though it can be slower than contacting Support.
