Hi everyone,

I hope someone can answer my question. I did look thru the help pages but could not find the answer I was looking for.

My question is: If I do not print any pages at all during a single month, do I still get billed from the Instant Ink Program?

So far every single month has been billed right on time. Then this month (April) I have not been billed. So I wondered

if it was because I had not printed at all this past month?

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you have not been billed for April yet.

 

The billing for April will happen in May, could you check if you received it for the month of march?

 

Instant Ink is basically a monthly subscription-based service from HP where you pay a fee each month for the number of pages you print, As it is a subscription you will be charged regardless of the printing.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
