Hello!
I am an Instant ink subscriber and im trying to update new card information, but it doesnt work.
I type in all numbers right, but step 2 just reloads over and over after verifying with bank. Tried on phone and computer, nothing works. Keep getting emails about failed billing and change your card info. I KNOW! I CANT!
And you cant get hold of a damned Support worker! Only the bloody bot that doesnt help or direct me to an human supporter...

The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
