I signed up to Instant Ink nearly 6months ago and I was told I would get 6 months free on whichever plan I wanted. I haven’t used the printer nowhere near the amount I thought I would and want to cancel before I start getting charged for a service I’m not using, however, when I go to cancel, it says I’ll be billed £24 (roughly). I was told I wouldn’t be charged to cancel and the first 6months was free when I bought the printer so I’m not sure why or what I’m being charged for. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance
