I have changed my plan to 10 pages a month in August of this year.  I have been charged 6.44 in September and in October I have been charged 2 times.  1.92 on October 7, which is the correct amount.  And then again the next day  , October 8, for 6.44. I could not get a hold of any support agent.  Now what.
