Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer

Hi!  I was trying to update a credit card on file under settings and profile. I clicked in the settings for plans and managed plans which opened the credit card that I have currently on file. I clicked managed card underneath the card and it redirected me to a different page. It took me to a page that has HPsmart on the top left with account dashboard, solutions, account, sustainability, and help center. I clicked through all the options and it doesn't show anything about billing or payment options. Could you kindly direct me in the right direction to change the card?
