Blækpatron bliver ikke registreret

Hej

Jeg har skiftet den sorte blækpatron i min printer HP Deskjet 2630, den vil ikke registrere den. Jeg har prøvet at slukke for printeren, og taget patronen ud og sat den i igen, uden held. den kører trådløst, og jeg har ikke tidligere haft problemer med den. Er der hjælp at hente, jeg synes jeg har prøvet alt.

My english are not very god, but i will try to explain my problem. I have change the black patron i my printer hp deskjet 2630, but the printer will not registrer the patron. I have try with a patron I have bought, and a patron as i have got send from you, the printer don't registrer non of them. I have tryed to reset the printer, but i can't, please, i need help.

Jeg udskiftede min sorte patron i min printer, hp deskjet 2630, printeren finder ikke patronen. Jeg har forsøgt ved udskifte den med en protektor, jeg har købt, mænd har også prøvet den, jeg har sendt fra jer, uden succes. Jeg har også prøvet på nulstille printere, men det kan jeg ikke
