Black Cartridge Error Suddenly appeared

macOS 10.15 Catalina

Suddenly received the Cartridge Problem error with advice to remove, clean, reinstall etc which I have done multiple times with no success. Have tried power off and on multiple times & again no success.

Cartridge has been working fine for many months and suddenly this appears. Don't feel inclined to buy a replacement cartridge as I am part of the Instant Ink service.


Advice appreciated please.
