Hello,
Need help either fixing the black cartridge problem or ordering a replacement (subscription for free ink cartridge is still valid).
My printer gives the following error;
Cartridge Problem
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.
I have tried reset, removing the cartridge, cleaning steps as suggested by the virtual agent but still unable to resolve the issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
