Black Cartridge error even after cleaning & and reinstalling numerous times

macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have a HP Envy photo 7134 Series printer. 

Suddenly I started getting error messages that the black cartridge is not installed correctly.  I have removed it and reinstalled it  numerous times and still get the same message. I ran a test on them and test indicated faulty black cartridge. 

I even cleaned the cartridge and contacts on the cartridge and in cradle area but to no avail,  even checked the software and printer says it's up to date.

Instant print said until error is cleared I will not get any cartridges shipped to me.

So come HP,  how do I clear error message to enable printer to work.
