My HP OfficeJet 4650 is showing signs of needing an early Black Ink Cartridge.  

(Example:  When printing a page of text the page will complete 1/2 to  2/3 of text before the printing fades away.  It may not end completely, just fades lighter and lighter until it gone, or illegible.) 

As Tax season is approaching, when I need my printer most I don't need it to fail completely when needed most.  

Please assist me with shipping a replacement Black Ink cartridge for a : HP OfficeJet 4650to my HP Instant Ink account shipping address. 

I have been a customer of the  Instant Ink service for many years and should I have to obtain a 2nd party HP cartridge would be grounds for account termination with subsequent Refund of Posted Funds.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
