Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

I've received a new ink cartridge from instant ink but it's not recognised as being in the printed. I've cleaned it as per the instructions from HP but it's still showing as not inserted.  I can't use the printed at all and it's for my business, and HP wont send me a new one... Help!!

I understand that your black ink cartridge not working. I'd like to help!

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
