Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The last Instant Ink black cartridge I received has not worked properly ever since I installed it. It started as very faint, and now it's not working at all. I've cleaned the print heads several times and I've done several cartridge alignments. Still won't work. My color cartridges work great. HELP!

I understand you are facing print quality issues with the black cartridge.
I understand you have tried a couple of troubleshooting steps.
Were you able to try the steps in the document -Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
