I have HP OfficeJet 3830 and use with iMAC OS X 10.11.06 and  iPAD 3

Been subscriber to Instant Ink 50 pages/month for a few years.  Black Instant Ink cartridge is original cartridge and today starting printing light or gray.    How do I fix problem or get new instant ink cartridge.
