I'm on the HP Instant Ink plan and back on the 6th July 2020 I went to use the printer for the first time in a while (my page use history shows I last printed on the 8th March 2020).  When the pages printed both the black and colour were of a very poor quality.  I've followed the guides on how to correct (take out/put in cartridge, unplug power cord, clean contacts etc., to be honest the cartridges looked pretty much spotless anyway) but the issue remained.  At the time I wasn't desperate to print and worked around it, but I'm now in a position when I need to be able to print, and the poor print quality remains when trying to print today (again after trying to resolve it using the online guides).

 

When I log in to my HP Instant Ink account the 'Ink Status' says that everything is fine and I have no option to order replacement cartridges.  At the moment I'm unable to print, and as I've not had a new black or tricolour cartridge shipped for around at least a year and a half, is it possible to get a new set of cartridges (Black & Tricolor) shipped please?  If so, would it also be possible to have a recycling envelope shipped as the current one I have already has two cartridges in it, and I'm not sure whether it can take 4?

I just wanted to say thank you for your help on this.  After replying to your private message I received new black and tricolour cartridges in the post, and after installing them the printer now prints perfectly.
