Black cartidge refuses to get clean!

Hi!

Today my black ink cartridge decided to be a bad boy and stop working. I have gone though most of the help stated here on the forum, but with no results so far. First I ran some diagnostics on my imac, ran the cleaning program on the utilities page a couple of times, cleaned the cartridge with a cotton swab in the way descibed by the heroes on the forum, waited a while, and ran the cleaning program again; all with no result whatsoever. The cartridge is still over half full and the guarantee period runs until jan 19th 2020. Is there anything else I can do, or could I please get a cartridge that works?

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
