My black cartridge has stopped printing. I have cleaned and extra cleaned the cartridges but still no black ink. The status says I still have ink so HP have not sent me a new one. How do I get a replacement cartridge for a broken one. There seems to be no way of actually talking to HP and the virtual assistant is totally useless.

If not I suppose I will have to cancel the instant ink and go back to buying cartridges. Any help welcome if you know a way to actually talk to someone in HP.
