Ok, I am officially getting annoyed with this situation!!!

Each time a test page prints out but the black text and black blocks that are printed on the print quality diagnostic page are smeared, streaked, faint or missing black text like as if it's near the end of the ink. However, when the first time this situation occured, I had almost a half cartridge left. I have aligned and cleaned the cartridges almost 15times but this hasnt solved the problem. Also I have set the printer to its factory settings and yet no success.

Most annoying part is, my ink is almost finish and according to the Instant Ink programme I get every time a notification that I exceed my Instant Ink plan due to printing to many pages and that I should upgrade my plan. Which is not the case, because everytime when I want to print 1 page, I end up printing 5 pages by cleaning cartridges and aligning and checking the diagnostic pages and still do not have the 1 page I want to print.

I have attached a photo of the page I have printed several times. The first print out has smears, the it was printing faint and now it does not print anything at all. The colour cartridge varies when printing:  sometimes nothing prints, sometimes only colour prints.

Is this a fault with the black cartridge?

Why can I not just order a new cartridge via Instant Ink?

Do I get my pages back, for printing all of these dianostic/aligning pages?

And worst of all, why can I not phone someone to discuss this situation??
