Hi , The print quality of my printer is really bad , It looks like the black cartridge is not working fine has been the same way for few months.
Today I replaced the black cartridge with a new hp one purchased locally, the print issue was resolved.
Now there seems to be an issue with the insta ink account, how to get it corrected or get a new insta ink cartridge.
