I've tried the tips from the troubleshooter + cleaning the head with alcohol / destilled water, nothing helps. Ordering a new black cardridge is impossible because it's not empty. I'm in the Netherlands and I can't call anywhere because you would have to pay for that. The printer is working fine, it's just the cartridge, so a service center feels like a very odd thing to go for.

 

We just now manually bought a new cartridge in a store so the printer works again. I hope HP picks up and sends us a new one again when they run out. How do you deal with this? The only option to post on a forum feels horrendous.
