MInha subscription on cartrdiges, but my black ink seems to have dried up. How can I receive a new cartridge ahead of time?

I see that the printer is not printing in black. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing
Clean the black ink cartridge up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
If the issue persists, I need more information to help you out.
