My printer will not print any black ink. I have replaced all genuine HP instant ink cartridges with new genuine HP instant ink cartridges. I have done the clean print head option. I have done the alignment page. Even those service pages do not have any black ink printed on them. I have updated and restarted the printer, as well. The color ink is printing great. I have chatted with the virtual assistant who recommended I do all of those steps, which I did, again. No luck. Please help!
