Black ink not printing and colors are all wrong HP 120 Envy

HP 120 Envy

When printing from my PC when choosing black and white print, the black ink comes out light blue and when printing in black and white from my iPad nothing comes out  I have run diagnostic reports, i have run a clean cartridge program, and re align cartridge program.  The printer is connected and is detected from all devices.  Also when printing in color the colors are all
