Black ink not printing at all and colour is very faint.

HP Deskjet 3762 The cartridges show there is supposed to be ink in them but I can't print at all in black and the printing is very faint in colour.  I've wasted about 10 pages from my printing allowance of 15 today. I'm signed up to  HP instant ink.

I've cleaned and aligned the cartridges as suggested but nothing as worked. I've never been sent any new cartridges. I don't do much printing but just when I need to my printer won't work. So frustrating. How do I get a replacement colour and a black cartridge please?
