Hi
My black ink cartridge isn’t printing despite saying it’s full.
I have run through the cleaning process. Nothing works.
How do I get a replacement?

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns
Are you using Instant Ink Cartridges or Regular HP Cartridges?
Please ensure the Printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Thanks for getting back to me.
I was using HP cartridges and the firmware was up to date. Eventually I raised a ticket and phoned support. They kindly agreed to send out two new cartridges for me to install. I am presently waiting for these to arrive.
Hopefully this will resolve my issue.
