Tried all the usual things run clean cartridge twice, paper alignment took cartridge out check put back in saying quarter full, I received a colour cartridge back in feb even though the black is lower in ink

Tried all the methods of cleaning, checking, quality, all colors are fine except black. Brand new cartridges too. same problem, I have a HP officejet pro 6830.  All methods check out find except for Black in not printing on any reports.  The cartridges are new and full.
