my printer isn't printing any black ink - i've replaced all the cartridges with brand new ones, I've cleaned the print head, i've aligned the printhead, i've wiped down all the inside to clean it out and the black isn't working. Its not working with either copying or printing from the computer. please help

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • Is the printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program?
