I had the same issue. I have a HP DeskJet 2600 All in one Printer Series, I print through laptop (phone sometimes) and my connection is wireless. The screen showed the cartridge is 3/4 full but was not printing black. Tried copying and same thing happened. Had to go out and buy a new black cartridge. Replaced it and now it says because the cartridge is not from Instant ink I will still be billed and HP is not able to monitor how much ink I have left so I will not be receiving new black ink cartridges! Unbelievable.
