My black ink cartridge is not working. I've tried using best quality, installing updates, cleaning printerheads, and realigning and the black ink is still not working. It comes out a very very very light blue color. I believe that the cartridge is defective at this point. What should I do now?

I understand that you are unable to black ink.

Please let us know if you are using HP genuine ink cartridges.
Are you able to make the black photocopy without any issue?
