Product: HP Deskjet 2622
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Haven't printed in a while. Colour prints fine but the quality of the black print was very poor. Run the print nozzle checks and cleaning as advised by online assistant but it's made the problem worse and black will not print at all. Cartridge is 3/4 full, instant ink subscription
