I have been subscribed to HP instant Ink for over 2 years and have yet to receive a new cartridge in the mail even though I am running very low on black ink and the print quality is now terrible. I’ve ran all the diagnostics, alignment of cartridges, cleaning of nozzles etc etc. I’m pretty sure I need a new cartridge but the virtual agents I’ve spoke with are worthless.

I am having the same issue. There is almost no ink left according to the app and my pages are coming out blank when printed but the supply message is telling me that my ink is not low so I have not received a shipment of ink. I am in need of black ink and have no idea how to get one shipped

Hello. I am also running in to the same issue. I'm running low on black ink and the pages have been showing signs of the black ink streaking for months now. I have been an HP instant ink customer since 2016 and have yet to see a new ink cartridge come in the mail. Please let me know if you can help with this.
