I am an HP Instant Ink subscriber, since 2018 my first package of both inks was sent on April 25, 2018 (Black and Color), the second package with a single color cartridge was sent on January 28, 2019, at this time the Black ink is so low that it does not print anything anymore, I go to my account and at this moment it tells me that within a month they send me the ink, I am in great need of this ink, since I need to print important documents, please I need your help , since there is no way to be able to communicate with you at HP, otherwise I will have to cancel my subscription because I have been paying for almost two years and I have only received a black cartridge I think, I find it very difficult to solve my problem, help me please. I am looking forward to your response.
