Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Black ink will not print even though the ink level shows it is full. I tried to clean up cartridges, reset the printer, clean up printer everything possible. Still does not help.

@Abinash_1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you using HP Instant Ink cartridges?

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Check the ink level, clean the ink cartridge up to 2 times, print a print quality report to check the result.

Also, try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

If the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
