Solved!

Black ink

I am using HP instant ink, I installed the colour first as that was empty before the black. The colour cartridge worked fine. When I installed the black cartridge, right from the first print it is only printing the bottom half of sentences. I have tried following the videos and done many cartridge cleanings through the tools on the printer, nothing worked and now it doesnt seem to be printing any black ink at all. This is my first time using HP instant ink.
